How it works
Why ours isn't "stay-dry"
A stay-dry lining moves moisture off the skin as fast as it can. Useful
overnight, where comfort is the job. Counterproductive in a training pant,
where noticing is the point.
The three stages every child goes through
You can't skip the first one — and it's exactly the stage a stay-dry lining
prevents. That's why week six can feel identical to week one.

How many pairs do I need?
Ten. Five won't survive a wash cycle, and running out mid-week is the most
common reason families give up and go back to pull-ups.
Will they feel wet?
Briefly, and that's the point. The inner lets them notice, then the core
underneath absorbs it. It isn't painful and it isn't a punishment.
Isn't this just a cloth nappy?
No. A cloth nappy is built to hold and to keep skin dry. These signal
first and hold second — the opposite order.
What if they don't work for us?
Send them back within 75 nights, used and washed, for a full refund.
How do I pick a size?
Go by age first. If they're between sizes or on the taller side, size up —
a snug waistband is the most common fit complaint.
Reusable cotton training underwear with a feel-through inner. Most training pants carry a stay-dry lining that wicks moisture off the skin in seconds — comfortable, but it removes the one sensation a child needs in order to make the connection. Poppet holds it at the surface long enough to register, then the absorbent core underneath takes it and a waterproof barrier keeps the rest of the house out of it.
